About our Wool Blend felt:-Wool blend felt sheets are 20-35% wool with the remaining fibers being rayon.
-High quality felt you won't find in retail stores! Soft, strong, and resistant to pilling.
-Thickness of each sheet is approximately 1mm to 1.2mm.
-There may be slight variations in colour depending on the batch the felt was produced.

I’ve been ordering from Canadian Felt Shop for almost 5 years, and I’ve never been disappointed. The felt is a nice thickness, cuts beautifully, has excellent tensile strength to hold appliqué, beads, and other stitching. It sews well with a sewing machine too
I use the felt in gold work embroidery, stumpwork embroidery, and Mmmcrafts (Larissa Holland) heirloom holiday felt ornaments.
The white is a bit thin, but this is easily solved by soaking in cool water and leaving to drip dry on a rack in the tub. The slight shrink thickens the felt perfectly.
I'm so glad to have found Canadian Felt Shop. I've been looking for real wool felt for my embroidery projects. All I could find in my city was the synthetic type and it's rather thin.

Super soft and pure white, this felt is such high quality you'll want to use it for all your felt projects. If cutting with a cricut machine heres a tip: use the medium mat, the fibres may pull when using the strong mat when you go to take your pieces off the mat.
